Hi Tiffany, it is Paula. I used to babysit Kenna and Dylan. I just noticed today that you had surgery yesterday. I hope that all went well. I will have to contact Marty to see how you are doing. Best of Luck with everything. The first couple of weeks will be a little difficult but soon you will be amazed at how great you feel and how fast the weight drops. I had surgery on August 27th and as of today have lost 97 pounds. The best thing I can tell you is to read as much about the surgery as you possibly can (even now after surgery), take all your vitamins, eat protein,protein,protein, and drink lots of water...
