hi Tamela, Dr. Jett did my surgey last year in March. I had a considerable amount of weigh to loose. I am nearly half the person I used to be. To this day I have lost 180 #. I am 100 lbs from goal weight. It can be done. You must do exactly as thd dr. says. No cheating! Much success to you. Let me know if you would like me to be your angel. Thanks.
