I am waiting on a reply from insurance company to have VBG. Was told things should be fine for me as another person got approved with same insurance company. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Was told by others who had it done by DR. Lusignan that he is a good Doctor and I should has VBG done. I am so excited, hope to hear soon.
7/6/01-scheduled for 7/11/01 I glad to have surgery soon but I am not only excited but now nervous. can't wait to be post-op see ya on the other side.

As of Oct.23,2001 I have lost 64.4lbs. First 6 weeks were hard. Missed chewing and food but I know that the time for eating will be here soon. I have more energy and feel healthier. I don't hurt like I did before surgery. If anyone is thinking of having the surgery ....Make sure that this is the last resort and that you are doing it for yourself. If it's for you then go for it and good luck!!!!! Iam finially there for MYSELFand feeling GREAT.
