I am a 44 year old woman .I've had a weight problem sence high school up and down from 155 to 378lbs.I'm 296lbs now with a surgery date of July 30th.Very excited about this. I would like to talk with others who have had the surgery.

I got scared when I saw him , somebody in the waiting room was there due to complications they were not absorbing any food or liq. and had lost 150 lbs in like 2 months . Then I saw him and well he was short stocky and not real personable so I was kind of freaked out but the nurse said he was one of the best surgeons there.The office was packed to standing room only and I felt sorry for the staff to much was going on in that little room.I'd rate everything ok considering how busy they were.He did ok, he seemed nice very direct to the point. I didn't walk out of there feeling real confiedent about the whole thing though scared is more like it.I was wishing that I could get another surgeon . I wanted Dr. Mark Sawicki but he was booked I had heard about him, but I just didn't know anything about Dr. Glantz.I can't really rate him I wasn't in there long enough to feel real confiedent about the whole thing.They really need help they are over booked and just way to busy!!!!Yes he addressed all the issues.
