Most of my life I have been considered Obese and I am now

trying to get healthy and lose this weight.

Haven't updated in awhile had surgery on 7/21/05 home and

resting returning to work on 8/22 feeling a lot better so far I lost

19 lbs and had the band filled on 8/19 and it seems like I not

losing anymore I am so afraid that I will eat through this banding

but I still try to hang on maybe when I return to work I won't

feel like I have nothing to do and feel like eating old habits die

hard so to my next update i will keep battling this weight

    My first visit was with Dr. J. Nasusbaum he was very informative and answered all questions and really took his time with me and made sure I understood every detail of the lapband surgery. His office staff were kind and friendly even the patients that had already had various types of weightloss surgery were very kind. At I was very nervous and scared but because everybody was so nice and helpful I felt less nervous. So far I would rate Dr. J Nausbaum a 10 I am in the begining stages and I have never had to deal with my health insurance company which is Aetna QPOS but his staff assured me that they would assist me to get approval from them.

    Horizion blue cross/blue shield, POS
    My first Health Insurance was Aetna QPOS and I was denied three times then my company change health care providers to Horizion Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NJ and my letter was submitted to this insurance company and in no time 2 weeks exactly I was approved they were helpful and did as much as they could to assist me. I am so glad that my company dropped Aetna QPOS and now I am finally able to get ready for the surgery and start a new healthy life.
