MY WHOLE PROFILE IS GONE!! I had spent so much time writing things and now there gone!! How Rude!

Anyways To update, today is Tuesday August 6, 2002 and I am exactly 1 week post-op. How I am feeling? I am feeling great!! I have lost 16lbs, as of last night. I have a lot energy, but I am still taking pretty easy, my stomach is still a little sore, I am only taking the pain meds if I had been up a lot walking around doings and my back gets to hurting, and at night because of my back. When I had my c-section with my son that was my bigest thing....back pains. I think it is from the way they make your body bend when they are doing the epadirel(spelling). I know my body just does not bend that way. I am on a clear liquid diet and that is great, I really don't great to hungry, only about once a day and a few sips of soup broth makes it go away. Isn't amazing that last week I could eat 2 Big Macs, and now a few sips of broth fulls me up??? AMAZING!

Today is Thursday august 8, 2002 and as of last night I am down 19lbs. The pounds are comeing off, where I don't see. Everyone says they see it my face. But I can't!! oh well as long as I am losing!!

Well I guess it has been awhile since I have last updated!! Well I have been keeping myself busy. I went back to work and was there for a week then went on vacation now I am back on my same routine as before, but different. My life does revolve around food any more. I am down 81lbs. I have lost in places I did not expect to lose it, like in my feet and butt and face and hand, but I am starting to lose it in my stomach. The weirdest thing is that I feel bones I never felt before. I have lost my big football shoulders, it's great.

Tomorrow I will be 6 months post-op. I am loving my new body and self esteem. I have lost 140lbs total. Down to 157 lbs. I am in 14/16 pant and a xl top. I would repeat everything tomorrow if I had to.

April 3, 2003

What a life changing experience I have gone through in this last 8 months. Would I change anything? Of course, those few days where I had should not have eatten just one more bite, other then that nothing. I am down 147lbs. In a loose 14/16 pant and a loose xl top. I am now concentrating on losing the inches now, and the toning. But I am so busy with work and family it is hard to get to the gym. But with spring in the air I am ready to get outside and start running my butt off!! My husband and I are planning our vacation in July, we are making our 2nd trip Hawaii. I can't wai, when we went in Sept. 02' I just had the surgery and was still huge and sore, ohj I can't wait to get in some new summer clothes and not be ashamed of myself on the beach, and not feel like a beached whale!!!!

Well, where do I start. My weight has not change much. I am at 140lbs, and in a 13 pant and l -xl top. This week in my town was the annual RODEO week, my at my work we were able to dress up, well I went out and squeezed into a 13x32 wrangler. Do you realize hoe excited I was, I almost cried in the dressing room, and they would have been happy tears instead of upset tears, those are the kind I like. I still have those days where I want to eat everything in sight, but I am not hungry, but the food is there. So I am working on the head games that food plays with me. Any way I better go I will update again so I promise!! Amy
