Kasi, congratulations on hitting that benchmark! I remember getting there--what an exciting number to see on my scale. I'm not at goal yet, stuck for 2 months between 170 & 175, but I'm hanging in there. Hope you get to where your dreams are!

Hi Kasi. I am glad you are doing well. I have been drinking Designer Whey Protein Blast. They have at least 3 flavors. The are a little too sweet for me, but I need protein. They are 170 calories, 40 gr protein in a 16 oz bottle. I got mine at GNC. Good luck!

Kasi, Thank you for the special post to my profile. I just go finished with reading yours. And you to have gone threw alot for this surgery. I am glad you finally had it done.
