Insurance approval question - Does anyone have an idea how long it takes for insurance approval once they have all the paperwork submitted? I have Cigna insurance.  

19 days - I have a tenative surgery date for Oct 18. Tomorrow I see the surgeon and all info will be submitted to the insurance company. I'm getting a bit nervous, down 30 lbs so far.
