Sherrt, regarding your post about pureed food, here are some things I liked: crm of potatoe soup, black bean soup, instant mashed potatoes, jello sugar free choc pudding (maded with skim milk), ricotta cheese, ckicken pate (take chicken put in food processor, add italian dressing, blend, eat on crakers) and peanut butter.
