He was pleasant, matter of fact, informative. My impression hasn't changed. He is soooooo thorough! All of the staff is great. Very considerate, pleasant,knowledgeable. Don't know what I liked best, just the fact that he is experienced, and seems very conscientous. Make sure you have your xxxx together, before you go. So as not to waste time. aftercare is a BIG deal. He insisted on knowing EXACTLY what your plan is. I think he made it clear, that it is a serious surgery, and instructions must be followed carefully. So far......great. surgical competence is necessary....bedside manner is a plus.
