How to "morph/fade" your photos........
• Start with photoshop (should have adobe image ready included in package)
• open 2 pictures: before and after shots,
• edit pics so that the person in them is about the same size in each pic
• on one pic go to "select - select all"
• go to "edit - copy"
• click on the other pic and go to "edit-paste"
• In the file menu scroll down to "jump to - Image Ready" and click
• in image ready find the "layers" dialog box and click the eyeball to disable one layer
• look for the animation toolbar and find the little square within a square icon that says duplicat frame (watch for the popup ballon when you put your mouse over it
• go back to the "layers dialog box and click the eyeballs until the other frame (picture) is selected
• go to the animation toolbar and click on the slanted dots, you will get a new box open that asks for how many frames.
keep the frames between 10 and 20
• go to the file menu and click "save optimized as", make sure it says to save as type - images only(*.gif)
• click save, then go to where you saved the gif and double click it to view.

as a side note you can change the timing on the frames in image ready by clicking on " 0 sec ", change only the first and last frame so the image stays for a sec then goes away, it will transition and pause on the final frame

If anyone has trouble trying this, E-mail me my DH is really good at this , and he said he would do some for ya.

Well I finally like myself enough to write something about myself. I've lost a total of 65 lbs and work out 5 days a week, which by the way I can highly recomend. I feel better than I have in years, and have the energy of a 20 year old (yeah right) I'm on 1/2 the meds I used to be and life is great. I want to thank everyone on this board for their support, you made nthis all possible. Thank you!

Another 5 lbs hit the dust YIPEE.
My work outs have improved greatly too. I now work out for 1 1/2 hrs a day, and is it paying off! I have lost a total of 11 inches since January 22.
I also love what I do for a living. I work for Disabled Student Services at my local Community College. I get to move arround a lot, because my duties include; note taking, test proctoring, working in addaptive PE, and tutoring English. That also means I get to use the gym...no wonder I work out so much!

Today is my 6 mos aniversary.....I have lost 77 lbs!!!!!!!!!! And, I just took my measurments. I am overwhelmed to say I have lost a total of 15 inches since 1/22/05, adding 4 more inches since 4/1/05. What can I say, everyone hit the gym.

    Surgeon Info:
    Surgeon: Marshall Orloff, M.D.
very busy, but extreamly likable and caring man. Every visit since then has only gone to strenthen that opinion. His secrtary (Kristina) treats you like you were the only one waiting for services. The only thing you need to know is that you need patience, he is a very busy man. There is a big emphasis on after care, which they go through the week before surgery. Overall I would rate the team about an 8. As for after surgery I have to wait till then for any comments.
