While-in-surgery Contact Info: I will be in Portland, OR at Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital (OHSU) after surgery on Sept. 26th. Their toll-free phone number is 888-222-6478. After being released from the hospital I will stay with friends in Hillsboro until my 10-day post-op appointment. My two angels are Connie Hayes in Salem and Gayle Hand from SF who will be flying up during that week.
