I really understand your fears. It is so nice to have the surgery done. You will feel it the first day or 2 for sure, but it gets better every day. The reward is getting on the scales and seeing the weight coming off. I am a slow loser, but I just keep losing and now am down 92 lbs. So, no matter if you lose fast or slow, it works. Be patient with yourself and don't forget that it will really take 6-8 weeks to totally recover. So, don't try to rush yourself or expect your body to do more than it can. Lots of rest, sip, sip, sip and you will be up and running in no time. I will be thinking of you and anxious to hear how you are doing. Diana     — fhgt48
