Hoping this finds you recovering well since your journey to the losing side!!! I had my RNY gastric bypass in May 2003 and have lost 225 getting to below goal. I have absolutely no regrets other than that I didn't have my WLS sooner. Please know that anything is within reach providing you use this wonderful tool you've been given! Best wishes! Hi Tammy, Your story is so uplifting, I m glad I read it tonight and discovered surgery is this week. God Bless you and keep you in the palm of his hand. Guiding the surgeons hands and surrounding you with kind and compassionate nurses and staff. p.s. our stories are almost identical except I haven't heard the decision for approval yet. so happy for you it turned out so well. Before long they'll be calling you SLIM. Won't that be fun? :) Sincerely, Mary M.     — [Anonymous]
