I have regained, though slight, some movement in the toes of my right foot. This is very encouraging to me and what my future may hold. I can thank all of you dear dear people enough for your love and support and encouragement. 	*04/26/2005 05:26 AM* Gigee, Sending out prayers for you this morning! I hope your sweeling is an easy fix. My "leftover" stomach also became distended and they put in a drain tube, but it was done not as "surgery: just a local and a tube put in by the MRI Dr. with the instructions of my Surgeon. He took several scans, put in a needle, took another scan, moved the needle a little more and then put the tube in through the needle. I had it for about a week and the swelling went away immediatly and never came back. I'm hoping yours is even a simpler procedure, like taking a couple of pills! Stay on those Doctors. I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. --- May God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will have ups and downs. You can always turn to us, your AMOS family, we will give support, comfort and encouragement. You will find this will be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that was true for me. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. I pray for a speedy and easy recovery for you. Don’t forget to update your profile at least monthly.
