"Therefore each meal should be about the amount of food you can get into half a glass." "You may eat up to three times a day. We don’t mind if you eat less than three times per day." - Please explain how a person gets the proper nutrition out of these instructions??? Is protein and nutrition not a concern for this doc?? Only dropping the pounds quickly to bolster his "records". Sounds like he may need to put a nutritionist on staff.

I think that's why he said to make sure you take a "well balanced vitamin and mineral replacement ".
