Weight loss surgery is not a magic bullet and while most patients are successful after weight loss surgery, there are instances where revision weight loss surgery is required. Where can I go for help with writting a medical necessity letter for my revision? - My initial letter I found here and was able to just fill in my info and my pcp signed off.
