I'm so glad to hear of someone who has lost 200 pounds. I have surgery scheduled on August 21st, 2007 and want to loose 200 pounds, too. I have made the same decisions that you did - follow the rules; eat protein, vegetables and then fruit. And not forget the water! Congratulations! Lisa_W.
