  • I highly recommend his book for those contemplating this surgery. I've loaned my copy to several friends and all have given me positive feedback.

  • Beth I don't know if you got it from Amazom (or Barnes and Nobles) but one thing you can do to help him is to leave some positive feedback about his book there. That's what I did!
