My highest weight was 243. I was tired, had arthritis in my left knee. Was developing hip pain, had gerd, gastritis, female issues,and a strong family history of diabetes. I KNEW the time had come to stop hereditary obesity in its tracks. My Grandmother,Aunts,Mo ther and Sister were all obese. All the older women died of heart or diabetes related complications.
