My scar from surgery

My skin keloids up, I knew that going into surgery however the incision site is a long keloid, I really don't know what to put up there besides cocoa butter. I'm trying to treat it before it expands, any suggestions.

I use a mixture of bio oil, coconut oil and vitamin D oil mixed together and my scar is almost gone.... I use this mixture on my skin daily... It helps with any scars and makes your skin glow beautifully.

Wow thank you so much! Although the scar should be the least of my concerns, it does concern me bc it's starting to become irritated.

I kno it will help with removing the scar, I dont kno about the irritation.
