I am so happy to have picked Dr Hutcher. He and his staff are wonderful. They really make you feel like family, not just a patient. I have never had a dr office respond so quickly with any request I have had. As I submit a question through email they almost immediately email me back! Wonderful group of people to work with.

So far I am impressed. The staff is phenomenal and easy to get a hold of. (yes, a doctors office that talks to you...I know, amazing isn't it?!) I went to Dr. Hutcher's seminar and was sold on him as my surgeon. His reputation is impeccable! Then I saw him on a 60 minutes special about bariatric surgery. Puts you at ease to know your doctor is the best!

My first impression of Dr. Bautista was that he is very serious. He expects you to have done your research ahead of the first meeting (which you should do anyway). Over time, he has lightened up a bit, especially after I started a walking 1.5 to 2 miles every day. He was very happy with my progress and it showed. The office staff is very nice and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I am currently undergoing the aftercare, and I have had my first fill just last week. It was almost completely painless and done very quickly. Dr. Bautista is an excellent doctor and although his bedside manner may not be the best, he is a very competent surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hutcher made sure that before I chose to have Gastric Bypass Surgery that I completely understood obesity and the causes and effects of it. I was completely aware of the risks involved and felt educated about the procedure. He was pleasant and took his time. I would reccomend him to anyone considering bariatric surgery.

It has been 3.5 years since my RNY surgery . I sit here healthy and happy due to the surgical excellence of Dr. Neil Hutcher . He is an awesome man , and my first impession of him was his devotion for helping people fight obesity . He has always been there for me . His staff has always treated me as one of the family and are always very helpful . If you are searching a doctor , I would highly recomend this man and his staff . When you have Dr. Huthcer he is yours for life . His after care program is the best in the Nation . rnHis bedside manner has always been a serious one . He wants us to take good care and he gives us the tools to do so . rnWords cannot express how I feel about him . And I have no regrets .. other than not doing this sooner .

It was back to the basics with this Doctor! He is not only kind, but he takes the needed time with each patient. Some doctors lose sight of that because of work load or other things. Dr. Bautista is very professional and knowledgeable of his trade. I feel very comfortable in his presence and I am assured that with his guidance I will achieve my goals. He and his staff are great. Although I dont like the fact that I only get to meet with him one time before surgery. I prefer a get to know session before surgery.

He is a very nice straight talking doctor. Dr. Bautista took the time to explain what I could expect, answer any of my or my husband's questions and I felt good when I left his office. He did explain the risks of surgery and gave us the percentages of those occurring, which are very low. The office staff is very caring and supportive.rnI think you must have both surgical competence and a good bedside manner with your patients.

Dr. E. Bautista has a great smile. He explained all questions to my mother's and I in great details. He is straight to the point. He made me feel a lot better about my surgery. He did not speak much abouth the after care. He address the risks of surgery and also went over his Credential as a doctor. I would rate him a over all 9. My surgery is Sept. 13, 2007. I will do an update after my surgery.

I had a great meeting with Dr. Bautista. He has a great smile, very down to earth, and a sense of humor. His staff is very professional and seem to be more serious about my health than I expected. He is very concerned with my aftercare and has a structured program. Although a lot of my quesitons were answered by Emmi, BAF and others, he didnt mind answering any question. I was happy with both his surgical competence and his bedside manner.

First impression was not good but he quickly redeemed himself when I had surgery. He was very kind and attentive.rnOffice staff, 1/2 are great, 1/2 need to go to charm school. rnI would rate this experience with Dr. Bautista a 8 out of 10 (only because of the rudeness of some of the office staff, otherwise a 10).rnThis is just my opinion, I would suggest to anyone to go to Dr. Bautista because the whole experience was above average!
