I have not met Dr. Hall yet but have heard many good things about him.
The Staff at Images are all great! Diana is wonderful! They are all very kind and patient and are very good about getting any info that you need. I feel that I am in very good hands with them all!

Dr. Hall is a soft spoken guy but has a good sense of humor. He has all the staff at the Hospital jumping to attention for his patients!

I have to say I think I received the best nursing care available. Dr. Hall did a good job. I am very disappointed with my scar. My scar is an inch wide in some areas!

I work for Dr. Hall in Lubbock, Texas and I would like to chat with out patients Dr. Hall has performed the surgery on. Dr. Hall is a very caring cautious Dr., and his staff also. I just want to talk to anyone that has had this type of surgery weather the patient came here or somewhere else. I care a lot about all the people who have problems with weight and want to help each and everyone I can. Images our program are very caring people and want to do as much support for these patient as possible. Our program has a 24 hr. 800# and carry pagers so we can help at anytime. Our staff wants to educate each patient as much as possible so they know ricks, ect. Dr. Hall does a lot of pre-op testing before a patient can even qualify for our program, and after the patient listens to a 4 hr. consult with Dr. Hall, if that patient chooses not to have to surgery, we encourage them to go back home. It is a big life change, and we can only supply them with a tool, great post-op, support 24 hrs a day, as well as a very caring Dr. and Staff.
Dr. Hall is very well known for his bedside manner. Dr. Hall has been doing these surgeries for over 18 years, and has proformed over 4,000 surgeries. We want to help all pts. even if they choose to go to another Dr.

Dr. Hall is a really great surgon. I really liked him immediatly and he goes over everything including the bad stuff detail by detail. His staff is wonderful and I have kept them on thier toes. Chantrell, angie, amy, vicki and all the rest are A1 people.

My first impression of him was he was quiet. As he
began to talk to me, it changed completely. He
was very funny, but he was honest about everything that
was going to happen from that point on, to after
the surgery. He was great.
The office staff, wow, all I can say is they were
great. The were and still are in constant contact
with you. They really did care.
There was nothing I didnt like about Dr. Hall and
His staff. If he was a general Physician, I would
chose him.
He monitors your aftercare very closely. And he does have
an aftercare program, also a support group that
meets once a month.
He was very straightforward about the risks of
surgery. His surgical competence and bedside manner
were great, he was always there if you needed him.
In an overall rating, I would say hes the best. I give him
the highest score along with his staff, and the
staff at the hospital. It was worth it and I would do it
again

I didn't get to spend much time with Dr. Hall before surgery. He had four surgeries scheduled the day I was to have my initial consultation. He was friendly and very thorough in explaining the procedure to me.

My visits with Dr. Hall were pleasant. He answered all of my questions, but now that I am home, it seems I having difficluty getting questions answered. I feel like I have been abandoned.

They were very friendly while I was in Lubbock and are helpful if I can get through to talk to them on the phone.

I don't think he spent as much time with me as he should have. Originally the initial consultation is supposed to be for about 3 hours. Mine was less than an hour.

Dr. Hall is a "no frills" kind of guy. He tells you frankly all of the risks that could be involved and pulls no punches in telling you. People need to know that, however, to realize this is not something to be done lightly.

After Dr. Hall released me from the hospital, he totally released me. I do not go back for any kind of checkups. I feel that I should go back at least once.

Dr. Hall wants everyone who is in the hospital at the same time for the same surgery to build a support group. There is nothing that is structured.

Dr. Hall is very thorough in talking about the risks that are involved.

Excellent doctor, perhaps lacking in after care.

If I could choose only one, I would prefer competence, but my preference would be to include a good bedside manner, also.

Dr. Hall's staff is wonderful. They did all the leg work getting my insurance approved and worked hard at it. What I didn't like was that the visits or consultations with him are done "group" style. I spent 4 hours with 5 other women scheduled to have surgery the next morning. I understood that it was easier for him and his staff to detail the surgery, post op diets and lifestyle changes and it was probably helpful to have others in the room to ask questions I was afraid to voice. I didn't have to ask many questions as he answered them all in his "group consultation." He had done the surgery over 4000 times and openly explained that he had lost only one patient who did not follow instructions when released. That patient suffered a blood clot. He was ULTRA hard on us in the hospital to keep active and WALK, WALK, WALK. He emphasized to not go home and act like an invalid. I really wish he would leave the epidural in for more than one day. But overall, if I ever need gallbladder or other abdominal surgery, he's my man.

Dr. Hall answered all my questions before I even asked them. His staff was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone. I am really happy with the results so far.
Dr. Hall asks all of his patients to call monthly with thier weight totals & concerns.
Dr. Terry at the University Hospital in Columbia has been monitoring my progress after I came back home to Columbia. I am very fond of him as well. He specializes in the gastric bypass procedure.

this surgeon was the most compassionate, caring human being and i feel the same about him 5 years later.his staff was excellent and i would recommend him highly to anyone thinking about this surgery.he took good care of me before, during and after my surgery and his rating overall is on a scale of 1 to 10......a 50!!! i had to go back a year later and have my incision re opened and cleaned out due to an internal stitch that did not dissolve. i also experienced alot of nausea the first few months, but overall my surgery was a success.

The first impression I have of Dr Hall has to be his staff. In no time at all they had me approved from my insurance to have my surgery. They did all the work to get me approved taking all the stress off me. His staff is very professional yet probably the most friendy doctors office I have ever been in. Dr Hall spent at least 4 hours talking in length about what exactly will happen before during and after the surgery. He covered every detail throughly. I feel as if I have spent more time with him than I have my own family doctor I have had for years. He seems to me to be a caring doctor and just wants his patients to achieve their goals in weight loss. He stresses the importance of sticking to the diet and bluntly tells you what will cause you to fail at weight loss. It really is the BIG dose of TRUTH that we all may need. I would recommend him to anyone and already have many times.
