She was wonderful and so was the staff. SHe met with my husband (who died 9 days before my surgery) and my children prior to surgery. They all loved her and she put my kids fears at ease...just losing dad...they were scared that mom wasn't going to come home either. I do believe we were kind of left out in the cold regarding a structured after care program. Not enough resources and information shared...my opinion. Dr. Nelson no longer does the gastric by-pass surgeries due to high costs of insurance. The hospital was going to make a bariatric floor...but all was squashed by the high costs of insurances. Very sad...
