George Alexander Fielding, Associate Professor of Surgery at NYU School of Medicine, is a pioneer in laparoscopic and bariatric surgery. Dr. Fielding studied medicine at the University of Queensland, graduating in 1979, and completed his medical training at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. Dr. Fielding performed my surgery, he was not my doctor initially. I'm very happy he was the one to do the procedure for me. He was kind, attentive, and professional.
