Dr. Cooper was and has been a pioneer in the field of minimally invasive surgery.  He was a founding consultant for Ethicon Endo-Surgery informative video textbook series.  Since then he has gained almost 2 decades of Bariatric Surgery experience. He led the industry to adapt laproscopic surgery and now is one of the only Robotic Bariatric Surgeons in the Midwest United States Region.
