Dr. Arreola is a wonderful surgeon! He may seem rushed while he's with you, but I think this is just his personality. He's very high energy, but he will take time to talk with you and answer any questions you have. He was also very friendly with my husband when he came to my consent signing with me and answered his questions without seeming bothered at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Arreola and his partner Dr. Ali, also. I've met Dr. Ali several times and he seems like a very nice man!

He seemed to be very knowlegable. Staff was super nice at first, but after I submitted all my insurance info i called SEVERAL times to see if they received it and I got no where. The insurance coordinator left and they were all backed up with paperwork. Finally after tons of telephone calls and messages I got my answer. (About a month and a half later)

My first impression was .. WOW this man really knows what he is talking about.AND I CERTAINLY STILL FEEL THE SAME. Icant say i cared much for his office staff but yet he is in with another doctor that has been there for a long time.I cant find a thing that i don't like about him.I thought he explained everything to the fullest i went in without any suprises.He certainly has been alot of help in my aftercare.I would recommend him to anyone considering this surgery. i feel he had much surgical confidence and a wonderful bedside manner.. now i am 5 years post op and have moved to the south i still am missing Dr.Arreola he was one of the most wonderful men i have ever encountered and if it wasnt for his care i woulnt be sitting here as i am toda at 145 pounds.. He hellped to save my life and i will be forver greatful

Dr. Arreola is a very kind, very knowledgeable dr. I felt very confident in his skills and knew I could trust his expertise. He made you feel confident in him and that he truly cared about you and your situation. My impression of him over the last 6 months has only gotten better. I think he is just an awesome doctor. His office staff is nice also, although everyone in this office is VERY overworked. It is a very busy place.rnrnI would give Dr. Arreola a 10 out of 10. I have no complaints at all about the care I have rcvd from him.rnrnBoth his surgical compentence and bedside manner were both excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone as a bariatric surgeon!!!

My first impression of Dr Arreola was a good impression. He was very easy going in nature at my first appointment, which helped put me at ease. My impression hasn't changed much over time, I still think he's a great Doctor! His staff has been wonderful and encouraging. I can't think of anything I don't like about this Dr. Aftercare is extremely important to Dr Arreola. Results are not optimized without the proper aftercare. When signing consent forms for my surgery, Dr Arreola carefully went over the risks of the surgery, and made sure I completly understood them. Both bedside manner and surgical competence are equally great with this Doctor. I would highly recommend this Doctor to anyone in the general Erie, PA area!

Dr. Arreola has a wonderful program that informs and helps the person understand and be able to succeed with the surgery. He has a quietness to him that seems to calm and relax those around him. rnrnNever be afraid to get in touch with him or his staff at any time, they are there to help you and are more than willing and able to do so.

My first impressions were correct. I just found out yesterday that my surgery has been approved. I'm still waiting to get the date set but after a year and a half, I can wait another day or two. The office staff is very good. Christy has been a lot of help in the last couple of days. I previously worked with another doctor and had numerous problems with him which resulted in a denial. A coworker referred Dr Arreola and the #1 thing that made me change over to him is this, I called his office to ask a couple of questions of his office staff and he personally got on the phone and answered by questions and gave suggestions on how to proceed. My husband and I met with him and were both very impressed.
