On the first visit I explained that it was for a nutritional eval for weight loss surgery and that it was required by the physician so I needed it as soon as possible. It took over a month and serveral phone calls, an extra visit, and calls from the doctor's office for the evaluation to be completed and submitted to the doctor's office. Phone calls often were not answered or returned several days later. She even said she was not an advocate of gastric bypass surgery. She said that people who follow her strict diet would lose the weight but understood why I wanted to have the procedure done.
