  • About Me
    Kelsey McFarland is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a degree in Kinesiology and Sports Psychology from Western Washington University, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with expertise in Olympic lifting and powerlifting. In addition, she is also a Division II All American Athlete in Women’s Rowing and a four time National Champion. Kelsey’s previous work experience was in spine and core conditioning research at a spine clinic. In this role, she designed a protocol for upright endurance based core strengthening for injury rehabilitation. She has also trained professional and Olympic athletes, as well as several college teams.  She has a special interest in Multiple Sclerosis and the treatment of those affected in their day to day mobility.  She has unique training and involvement helping patients regain fulfillment of function by making customized rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. At Eviva, Kelsey works with Medical Weight loss and Surgical Weight loss patients to help them regain their health while utilizing all available services. She believes that exercise should be individualized and that it be based on each patients’ goals and interests. Kelsey is passionate about building relationships with her patients and providing the education necessary to create their own exercise routines.  She is a huge fan of most all sports, and spends her spare time playing competitive flag-football, soccer, flying trapeze, sailing, and coaching a girls’ select soccer team.  When not involved in sports, she enjoys watching them and travelling the world with her boyfriend.
