I had Dr. Moon and I must say he was a wonderful caring man. He listen to all my concerns and each post op visit he seems truly excited to see how I am doing. I had my weight loss surgery in Dec 2010 and have lost over a 100 lbs well over 100 lbs. Thanks to him and the wonderful staff I have my health and life back. Thank you for all your support. I will recommend you to everyone thinking of having this surgery.

I absolutely love Dr. HIll and the staff at the bariatric center. They are all very positve and easy to talk to. I started my weight loss journey with them in 2008, which was the year I received my lap-band, since then, they have helped me lose nearly 100 lbs. I feel like I have been given a new lease on life and I owe it all to them. Thank you so much for being my heroes. I would totally recommend Dr Hill and the bariatric center at Adirondack Medical Center, now renamed Adirondack Health.

Adirondack Medical from the Dr and staff know what they are doing and do not cut any corners to make sure you are treated as you should be. Very Pleased with there professionalism.

Hospital is in a very nice location, nice view while recooperating. Very accomodating to walking and meeting your needs.

My entire experience was positive. From admitting to pre-op, to nursing care, to dietary to housekeeping, I had excellent care from compassionate people who were friendly, responsive to my needs and who made me feel like I was the only patient in the world. They were excellent about keeping in touch with my family during and immediately after surgery and were right there to assist me through each day and phase of my recovery. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Adirondack Medical Center.

The bed was uncomfortable so I slept in a reclining chair most of the time I was there. They were wonderful about doing everything they could to try to make sure that the bariatrics patients have a private room. And they would have allowed my husband to stay with me the whole time I was there if need be. If no private rooms available, I was told that they have a lounge if a spouse/relative wanted to stay.

The Team as a whole was treating me as a person! Not a number, not a fat person.. They knew me by name. And I feel like they ALL really wanted to help me succeed. They are very supportive and encouraging! I thank God I found them!!!
