We offer two basic types of weight loss surgery - the adjustable LAP-BAND® procedure (Lap Band and Realize Band) and Gastric Bypass Surgery, also known as Roux-en-Y or RNY. Our team of Board-certified surgeons has performed hundreds of successful LAP-BAND® and RNY surgeries, and Palms of Pasadena Hospital has been named a Center of Excellence for bariatric care by the American Society for Bariatric Surgery.

Dr. Jessee is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. She is a member of the core teaching staff at Largo Medical Center, where she provides clinical training for general surgery residents. Dr. Jessee is well-known for her compassion towards her patients. She works with each person as an individual to help them achieve, and ultimately maintain, their weight-loss goals. Dr. Rehnke, who is certified by the American Board of Surgery, is a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the Southeastern Surgical Congress. He is also a member of the American Society for Bariatric Surgeons and Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
