EVERYONE had a great bedside manner, all the nurses and drs and staff that i had seen have been very nice. i wish more hospitals were like that. I felt that everyone cared about me more as a person and not as a paycheck. I will do EVERY medical thing with scott and white!!!

My stay at Scott & White was as pleasurable as it could be under the circumstances. All of the staff was very pleasant. I was thoroughly grateful for the consideration and care that I received while there.

I have been going to S&W since I was a baby and they are always finding ways to improve their facility just one or two steps ahead of other facilities that I know of. I give them two thumbs up!!!!

The hospital itself is fairly new and very nice. There was one night nurse that ruined my experience. She was very rude and would not come when called and I had to wait an hour and a half to get any pain meds.

Excellent staff and care. Made sure that I already had everything I needed prior to my surgery. Already had all my meds and food items at home. Addressed issues before they became a concern for me.

I don't think the in hospital after care is sync with the rest of aids or staff that wheel the patient around. I felt like I was someone else to shift around for this or that. I understand that I was on morphine, that doesn't mean that I should have be voided out at times.

It was neat & clean & the staff & nurses were pleasent enough but they took forever getting what you wanted or needed if the remembered you at all. Which made me totally unhappy & displeased with their service toward their paitents

My general thoughts are that although the place was very neat & clean & the staff was pleasent. It took a very long time for anyone to see to my needs if they remembered me at all. That is something I didn't like & I will never forget

Everyone was great up until I left recovery.Once on the floor the staff SUCKED.took WAY to long on my needs and picking up the call button.I'd ask for something and they would say BE RIGHT THERE and I wouldn't seen them for hours.

Scott and White has some excellent staff members on the whole, Unfortunately, there are those who aren't so good. Some that my family and I will always remember for their competence and caring (and I'm sorry if I omit some, as I know I will) are Casey and Jarod from ICU, and Hamilton, Sharon, Mary Ann, Dawn, and Tony on STC5.
