Michelle Tooley Nurse Practioner (NP) FNP-BC, Clinical Coordinator

Michelle is a certified nurse practitioner who provides the necessary follow-up care for optimal long-term success after surgery. She offers comprehensive assessment in order to best guide patients in maintaining their weight loss. Michelle is responsible for providing education to pre-operative patients as well as relevant hospital staff, with a focus on patient safety.  She serves as the liaison between the Center for Surgical Weight Control and the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation Quality Improvement Program and ensures that standards are being met.  She is not only one of the leaders for our monthly support group, but a patient herself!
