Dr. Saretsky is a native of Michigan and has resided in Dallas since 1974. After graduating with honors from the University of Michigan Medical School, Dr. Saretsky completed five years of General Surgery training at Southwestern Medical School/Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. He became Board Certified in General Surgery and then completed two more years of additional training in Plastic, Cosmetic, and Reconstructive Surgery. Following his residency, he received a teaching appointment as Assistant Professor in the Division of Plastic Surgery at the UT Southwestern Medical School. In 1982, he began his private practice in Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery and became Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He was voted by his peers as a "Top Plastic Surgeon" in Dallas.
Dr. Saretsky performs many of his cosmetic surgeries in his private surgery facility which is centrally located in Dallas. He is also on the medical/surgical staffs at the leading hospitals in the North Dallas area. Dr. Saretsky has a very active practice in Cosmetic Surgery and has over 29 years of experience with all procedures. Dr. Saretsky is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Board Certified Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons of Dallas, the Texas Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society, and the American Society of Bariatric Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Saretsky has published papers and written on a number of subjects in the plastic surgery field. He has many years of experience in performing most cosmetic surgeries. He has devoted much of his time in the past several years caring and managing the post bariatric weight loss patients in his practice.
Dr. Saretsky is married and is the proud father of two children, Michael and Marissa. He is an avid sports fan and maintains active interests in dance, music and art.
