He is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine having done General Surgery Residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He completed his residency in Plastic Surgery at the Ohio State University. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Ohio State University and he is the Director for Plastic Surgery Residency Program at Ohio University - Ohio Health Doctors Hospital. Dr. Villalobos is active in numerous public service and volunteer organizations including the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and Operation Smile International. Dr. Villalobos has extensive training in plastic and recontructive surgery and performs procedures that encompass the entire body.
