Ronald Alan Buczek, D.O.

Dr. Ronald A. Buczek attended medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa. After completing a traditional rotating internship, Dr. Buczek completed a 4 year residency in general surgery during which time he was chief surgical resident for two years. Following his residency, Dr. Buczek accomplished a one-year cosmetic plastic surgery fellowship in the Philadelphia area which included training and education in Europe as well as fulfilling certification in microvascular surgery. Dr. Buczek also completed additional training in weight loss surgery for the larparoscopic adjustable gastric band.
