  • About Us
UNJURY Strawberry Sorbet Protein UNJURY Strawberry Sorbet protein powder is great in cold water or lemonade. One scoop of UNJURY (before you add it to the beverage) provides 21 grams of high quality protein -- as much as 3 eggs or 3 ozs of cooked beef or chicken -- without high fat or cholesterol.Available in:Single-Serve Packet, $1.99Container - 17 Servings, $22.95 For all UNJURY flavors, do not use in liquids hotter than 140º F. Proteins, when heated, change texture. For example, you have seen an egg white go from a clear gel, to firm white, when cooked. For UNJURY, in a hot liquid, the proteins tend to clump. A food thermometer is a good way to get the temperature nicely warm...just right.  Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate, Fructose, Citric acid, Natural and Artificial flavors, Red beet (for color), Soy Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose. Contains: Milk and soy. See note below. Allergen Information: Manufacturing employs practices designed to segregate ingredients on equipment that also processes egg, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, soy, fish and shellfish products.

I've started buying a few protein powders to try out before my surgery so I know what I like!! This wasn't bad at all, and I only combined it with water not Lemonade like suggested!

This was way too sweet for my taste. I mixed mine with ice and Crystal Light pink lemonade. Wow. Shockingly sweet. Perhaps better in milk but almost like drinking a sweet-tart or jolly rancher. LOL
