Green Bean Ground Beef Bowl

Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ lb super lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb green beans sliced open
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in a medium heat without oil. Cook until brown. Drain any oil.
  2. Add olive oil, onion, tomato, and soy sauce. Cook for a minute or two. Stir.
  3. Add cabbage and green beans. Cook for 5 – 6 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Add garlic salt and ground black pepper. Stir and cook until fragrant.
