Green Bean Ground Beef Bowl

Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
- ½ lb super lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb green beans sliced open
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a medium heat without oil. Cook until brown. Drain any oil.
- Add olive oil, onion, tomato, and soy sauce. Cook for a minute or two. Stir.
- Add cabbage and green beans. Cook for 5 – 6 minutes on medium heat.
- Add garlic salt and ground black pepper. Stir and cook until fragrant.
