Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip

Makes 16 (1/4 cup) servings
- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup of salsa
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 (5-ounce) can evaporated skim milk
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat, Swiss or Alpine Lace cheese
- Cook spinach according to the package directions. Drain well.
- In a medium nonstick pot, combine the spinach and remaining ingredients.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted.
