Raspberry Chipotle Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins trimmed, 1-pound
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
  • 3/4 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce divided

Directions

  1. In a 3 ½-6 quart slow cooker, season pork tenderloins with garlic and thyme. Add 1/4 cup Raspberry Chipotle sauce.
  2. Cook on LOW for 4 hours or until tender.
  3. Preheat broiler. Remove tenderloins to foil-lined baking pan. Spread top with 1/4 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over both tenderloins. Broil 1-2 minutes, turn over, and cover tenderloins with remaining 1/4 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce 1-2 minutes.
