Saturday Speaker: Kristin Willard, RDN, CSG, CLT

Kristin Willard is a Registered Dietitian who teaches bariatric patients how to eat healthily and maintain their weight after surgery. Kristin has been a Registered Dietitian for eight years and has worked in various clinical settings such as the hospital, skilled nursing facilities, and doctors offices.

Her passion is helping others develop a healthy relationship with food and improve their confidence in the kitchen. She has developed the online Bariatric Whole Living Community to deliver credible nutrition advice, recipes, and meal plans for those that have undergone weight loss surgery.

She is an integrative member of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) and works in a bariatric clinic in Northern California.
