Sinus wound

I had my surgery on 13th January 10 and I still havent fully healed.  I have a sinus wound thats around 3inch deep and then branches of for another half inch in two different directions.  Im just getting to the end of my 'positive thinking' frame of mind.  Just wondered if anyone has had, or is having a similar experience....
