Got home saturday

and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you have a long car ride stop every hour and WALK around, no one told me this and i was in complete agony saturday evening and all day sunday, the gas goes everywhere and you get nausea severely. I really wish i had been told that. But everything aside I am doing well now and am already down 15 lbs in 3 days. I am so ready to be a loser!!

Hi Cora, welcome back and congratulations on such a successful surgery! Thanks for the advice--I will also be driving (about 2hrs) to have my surgery and I will definitely let my husband know to stop. Congrats and enjoy your new life! Elisa
