Has anyone thought of starting a "group"

I was browsing the groups section and I see lots of different places to become a member, but I was wondering if anyone here had already started a group for Feb 2011?

VSG on 02/10/11
Yes there is one started already.  It is called VSG Victory February 2011, or something close to this.  Everyone having VSG in February is welcomed.
