We made it 6 months!

Congrats to all my fellow 6 monthers! I have my check up on Oct 20 I had to reschedule, so we'll see what my bloodwork looks like then. As far as my weight loss I have lost 115lbs and I wear a size 16-18 now. My weight loss is slowing down and I'm okay with that. Time to kick it into gear!! Glad to see everyone is doing well!

well glad to see you all are doing good with the losses.

I have lost 83 lbs and it seems like my prgress has slowed way down though.
i only have like 30 more lbs to go but in the last month i have only lost 3 lbs.
Any suggest would be great.
is the the last bit the hardest?
I have no complaints as far as loosing the amount i have so far. in fact i am very thankful.
i have went from a 22w 3x to a m/l and 8-10.... but i still need to loose the weight around the mid
section.
