I received mine December 15th and I am having the surgery March 10th. I could of had it in February but I will be in Florida and I wanted to wait until I got home.

When did everyone get their dates?
I got mine Dec. 1, after having my surgeon's consult. The bariatric center I go to gives you a tentative date, then submits to your insurance for approval. And, my surgeon is chief of surgery at my hospital, so he doesn't do many WLS per day. Lastly, my bariatric center recently lost a surgeon (RIP, Dr. Thad Boss), so there is a bit of a backlog that they are now just getting through.

I have my RNY on March 5th. I have been on the EAS protein/carb shakes for a month solid now of just that, no food. My doctor only requires it for 3 weeks prior to surgery but I got a good start on it, am down 25lbs now, want to be down another 25 before surgery. I have been working out for an hour a night between doing the biggest loser workout and working out on my total gym.

I hope they do! If they pass quickly for you, then I will have already had my surgery!! I am scheduled for March 2! And, I wanted March 4, too.
