My date for lap RNY is March 6, 2009.

I'm trying to use this time wisely, but that hasn't fully started yet.  Is anyone trying to eat right and start (or continue) an exercise program?

Where in NY are you having your surgery done?

I'm having my lap band surgery on March 9th.  I found out on 12/30...since then I've been trying to take it all in.  Excited, hopeful, scared...all the emotions.  Still digesting the news, excuse the pun.

Hiya
