Have you given them money?? Because, if you haven't, I would march right out and to a different doctor. They may do lots of them, but WE ARE PEOPLE and deserve some respect and that is NOT respectful. You are the customer! oooooooooooo that makes me so mad for you!!! :(

I had RNY with Dr Pham 2/25/10...I agree, they never answer their phones- you need to leave a voicemail for EVERYTHING except scheduling an appt! Best of luck to you and I hope you get it all straightened out.
