2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

I haven't really posted on this board before but I just wanted to wish everyone a happy anniversary and to say way to go. It has been two years today since my surgery and I feel great. I am a slow loser but still a loser. I started at 259lbs and am at 175lbs now. I went from a size 24 to a size 14. I now have energy I thought I would never have again and have learned to like myself all over. I hope everyone else is doing well. Keep up the great work on losing and the pounds off. Karen
