My RNY Surgery Day April 29th!

I had RNY on 4/29 and have lost 26 lbs in the first 3 weeks.  I have been stalled for the past 2+ weeks.  I have tried more protein and increased my calorie intake but nothing seems to be working for me.  I walk about 4 miles a day bicycle about 1hr a day. 

Any advice?

I am in the same situation as you! I had my surgery on April 30, I had RNY. I lost 24lbs for the moth, but the last 3 weeks have been only a pound. GRRRRR. I still cannot eat much of anything and even water makes me sick. I am not getting enough water, and my protein is not enough either but I am having a hard time tolerating ANYTHING. I get sick for an hour or two after everything I eat or drink. It sucks. The doctors checked me out and said I ma just really sensitive.
